						 <p>This might happen if you to not have xsltproc on your system or an too old version. The original file is in the tar.gz or git. It got replaced by an empty file. fix it by installing limxml2 or by making shure that inputmodules.f90 has the latest modification date such that the build system doesn't try to regenerate it.</p>
